The above rates apply to each character in the scene.Backgrounds are priced separately based on complexity. As a rule of thumb, natural backgrounds are the cheapest, and become more expensive the more perspective is involved.

Terms of Service

The prices listed here are for personal commissions only. Please inquire about commercial rights if you would like to reproduce the artwork in order to resell it..I generally require full payment in advance. For commissions over 250 euros, I'm open to arranging payment plans. I can accept PayPal and wise payments, although I prefer card payments through Stripe because of their advantageous transaction fees..For clients located in european countries, an extra charge of 21% will be applied because of sales tax. If you live in europe, please make note of this..Turnaround time depends on my current workload. If you need the image by a certain date, please mention this in your email..I am not in the habit of providing periodic updates. That being said, I aim to reply to any emails within 2 working days. If you're interested in your commission's progress, please send me a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can..At the beginning of the process I will ask for references of your characters. This can be in the form of images, screenshots, or descriptions. I would also like to receive a brief description of your oc's character, to get a better idea of who they are and what type of mannerism or pose might suit them best.
I'm very open to any sort of reference you would like to provide - if you have a moodboard or even a sketch of what you would like the final image to look like, please feel free to send them over..About the process: After receiving your reference images and descriptions, I will work on a rough sketch. It will convey a rough idea of what the painting will look like regarding mood, pose, colours and composition. The sketch will be submitted to you for approval; at this stage it is perfectly fine to ask for major reworks.
Once the sketch is approved, the rendering phase begins. This is the part that takes the longest. Once the painting is completed, i will send it to you. I allow for three rounds of minor reworks at the end. This is to overpaint details that might not be looking right (ex. a nose that is looking off, armor or clothing details, etc.). Any major change that should've been addressed during the sketch phase (a big change in pose, colours, etc.) will incur additional fees..Refunds: if you wish to cancel the commission, the amount of money refunded depends at what point in the process I'm at. I will refund the entire price minus eventual transaction fees if i haven't started working on the sketch yet, and i will refund half of the price if i've already begun working on a sketch. I do not offer refunds after the sketch has been approved.
